• Clearance - P/N 301-6126C 150 AMP Chrome - 6 Groove Pulley.  This alternator was returned because the customer had a 1-groove pulley instead of a 6 groove pulley.  It is still in like-new condition.  All sales are final and it is not returnable.

Give your AMC the charging power that won't dim your lights, lose battery charging while idling at stop lights, and the extra power you need to run a modern stereo system, digital A/C, electronic gauges, and other electronic accessories.  Our alternator is proven and fits just like your original Motorola case did (provided you are running factory accessory brackets, aftermarket accessory brackets may require modification to fit).  You'll be able to get rid of the 3-wire hookup which will clean up your fenderwell too. 

NOTE:  Please check your factory alternator pulley configuration BEFORE ordering.  This alternator has a 6-groove pulley.  Fits 1967-1979 AMC 290, 304, 343, 360, 390, and 401 V8 engines w/factory 1" AMC accessory bracket.  Alternator Z-bar bracket available for purchase separately under P/N EL-1837.  Aftermarket accessory brackets may require modification for proper fitment.
