American Performance Products - Return Policy
New Merchandise (Returns, refunds, & exchanges within 14 days of purchase): All returns/Exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase date from American Performance Products. It is your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct product(s) for your application. Product returns & exchanges must be called in for authorization prior to return and shipped freight prepaid with a copy of the original invoice. Shipments without proper paperwork will be refused. No returns will be accepted without a prior return authorization. No collect or C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Returns are subject to a restocking charge up to 25%, with a $15.00 minimum. Freight charges are non-refundable.
The following products and components are not returnable: Fiberglass, fuel lines, brake lines, transmission lines, Control Freak suspension components, sway bars, Wilwood brake kit & components, U.S. Radiators, American Racing Headers and exhaust systems, custom shifter kits, custom gauge cluster conversions, electric cooling fan kits, serpentine drive kits, wheels, billet steel flywheels & flexplates, carpeting, seat covers & seat foam, door panels, armrests, special, built to order, custom manufactured, electrical wiring harnesses, relays, & switches, electronic fuel injection systems, products sold or designed for racing, installed components, components which have been remanufactured or restored, components which have been bent, cracked, cut, scratched, painted, glued, or that is not in like new condition in original packaging.
Used Merchandise (Exchange only within 14 days of purchase): Because of the high cost of labor in locating, removing, cleaning and preparing parts for shipment, no refunds will be given on used parts. Used parts are sold on an "as is" basis only without warranty of any kind. We will exchange any used part with an identical or comparable used part, if available. Please verify parts are correct for your application before ordering as wrong parts ordered will incur additional shipping costs.
